CANADA BLOWER BOOSTER COILS

Hot water and steam booster coils are available in one- or two-row configurations. All coils have 5/8-inch OD copper tubes, .006 aluminum fins, and one-inch flanged or slip and drive galvanized casings in four-inch depth. Fin heights up to 24-inches.

CHILLED AND HOT WATER COILS

Chilled and hot water coils are available in 1-, 5/8-, 1/2-, and 3/8-inch OD copper tubes with aluminum or copper fins. Casing options include flanged, slip and drive, end plates only, and inverted side plate flanges in galvanized, stainless steel, and copper materials. Universal connections available.

DIRECT EXPANSION (DX) AND CONDENSER

Standard steam and non-freeze steam distributing coils are available in 5/8-inch OD copper tubes, up to .049 thickness, one- or two-row coils with aluminum or copper fins. Casing options include flanged, pitched, end plates only, and inverted side plate flanges in galvanized, stainless steel, and copper materials. Steam Coils

Our standard steam (STD) and steam distributing (SD) coil models are used in a variety of heating and drying applications. Our standard steam coil is designed to handle large amounts of steam and provide quick condensate removal. Our steam distributing coil is ideal to handle steam that is being modulated and/or if the air entering the coil is below freezing.

 

These custom, heavy-duty designs are rated to 300 PSIG or higher and are made of cupro-nickel, carbon steel or stainless steel construction. We can provide 5/8" OD or 1" OD tubes, tube wall thickness of up to .109" and fin thickness up to .020" on certain materials. These coils are designed to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction of the coil from high temperature and pressure applications and can be built for various mounting and connection orientations.

We can provide numerous optional fin surfaces and tube sizes to minimize frost and refrigerant charge and to save space while reducing weight. Retrofitting of industrial fan involves adding or replacing a component to the existing fan system in order to achieve increased performance. Coming to retrofitting of industrial fans, it will be something like change in system resistance either to increase or decrease depending on need. Industrial fans start to decrease its performance after some period of time. With retrofitting one can optimize the existing fan.

When the flow of a fan is reduced, rotor and inlet cone are replaced in order to enhance flow and pressure for the same input power of an industrial fan. Industrial fan also consists of small parts which are to be changed to obtain an increased efficiency. The parts which are involved are casing of fan, inlet boxes, dampers and silencers etc. Bearings in fan are one of the most important parts; the life period of a fan depends on the working condition of a bearing. Changing bearings will ensure more life and lesser maintenance for an industrial fan. Industrial fan consists of rotating parts, which cause wear of the material. By coating wear resistant material on rotor or any other parts of fan will result in good wear life. Industrial fan also produces a lot of noise; the level of noise can be minimized by retrofitting silencers or dampers to the fan. Retrofitting is a better alternative to optimize fan performance. It also has many advantages and can be easily performed with less investment and in less time period.
